Hotel accomodation

The Congress Organizing agency Express Travel has reserved a number of hotel rooms located near the congress venue. The categories vary from 4+ star hotels to tourist hotels and are located in the city center. Rates quoted are per room, per night, including breakfast and all taxes.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as early as possible. After 1st March, rooms at the conference rate are subject to availability.

Each participant will individually receive an accommodation confirmation form with indication of the name and address of the hotel. Cancellations and changes must be made by contacting the Congress Organizer Express Travel. Any cancellation or change must be made in writing form.
Only extra services (phone calls, mini bar and other services) should be paid directly to the hotel. After 1th April, rooms at the conference rate are subject to availability. It is advisable to reserve rooms as early as possible. If the hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the nearest alternative will be allocated.

Reval Hotel Latvia 4 * - conference venue

Hotel is located in center of the city. The most popular hotel with very busy and active social life/a popular night bar, a popular sky bar on the 26th floor, etc.
The Reval Hotel Latvija enjoys the best views of Riga being in a great central location and also because the main hotel building is twenty seven stories high. The rooms are a large and well decorated and cleaned thoroughly.

Hotel Elizabete***

A small, elegantly cosy DECO-style hotel in the center of Riga, in the Art Nouveau and foreign embassy part of town. Viktorija Hotel 3*

The hotel occupies a five-storey Art-Nouveau building in the central part of Riga built in 1910. During the years 1998-2000 it was under partial reconstruction. Located walking distance from Old town. In additional, a storage room and safe are available in the hotel reception hall.

Dome Pearl Hostel

The Dome Pearl Hostel is in a great location as it is in the middle of the Old Town of Riga meaning it is very close to all the main attractions. Inside the hostel is very basic however it has a shower, toilet and a bed. The receptionists are extremely helpful and a fridge in reception provided drinks for a small price. A good place to stay on a tight budget.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be sent to Congress Organizing agency Express Travel in writing by the deadlines specified.
Accommodation fee refund will be made after the event as follows:
cancellation before 1 March 2009 - total refund
cancellation from 1 March to 31 March 2009 - total minus one night's fee
cancellation during April 2009- total minus two nights' fee
cancellation after 1 May 2009 - no refund
