Instructions for poster

Poster presenters have one side of a poster board, poster size : 70x100.
Diagrams and text should be large enough to be read from a distance of several meters .
Position title and authors at the top of the poster, as stated on the submitted abstract.
The authors have to advise the Scientific Secretariat of the Congress about the topic of the poster that will be presented.

POSTER ATTENDANCE
There will be two poster sessions:
Sunday from 14.30 to 16.00
On Monday from 14.30 to 16.00

Eeach session 90 minutes; 1 chair for 15 posters; 6 minutes per poster (4min for presentation;
2 min for discussion). Authers are kindly requested to mount their posters for one particular session –Sunday’s or Monday’s (announced in e-mail to authors) at 8 a.m.-10 a.m. and remove them the same day after the session.
